Terms of Service

1. Operator and scope

Slop Games is an external web-game link catalog operated by Yunsoo Jang. Contact support@slop-games.com.

2. Service

Slop Games does not host game files. It lets people search and discover submitted public HTTPS links and metadata, and opens the creator's external site in a new window for play.

Draft, Unlisted, and Public are creator-selected visibility states. Operational publication, Browse indexing, and featured placement are separate from those states. Saving as Public or being directly available does not guarantee Browse, indexing, or featuring.

3. Eligibility and account

Account features are for users at least 14. Protect your sign-in information and do not use another person's account or bypass authentication.

4. Submissions and rights warranty

A submitter confirms authority to publish the game, description, tags, optional public creator information, and cover; control of or lawful permission to share the public URL; and non-infringement of copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, and other rights. A creator profile must contain only ordinary text the user is authorized to make public and must not include an email address, phone number, or web address. The service applies limited rules to obvious contact patterns but does not guarantee detection of every item of personal information. Do not submit malware, phishing, unlawful or harmful material, infringement, or false age and content labels.

How to play, orientation, input methods, session length, engine, languages, project stage, accessibility features, AI use and disclosure, and content declarations are structured discovery information. Those fields are creator-supplied. Factual accuracy and a content or age rating are matters Slop Games' limited review does not confirm.

An author of feedback or creator replies confirms the right to publish that content and that it does not violate another person's rights or personal information. Do not put contact information, personal information, unlawful or harmful material, or infringement in feedback or replies.

5. Publication license

While a game is listed, the submitter grants Slop Games a non-exclusive license to store and reproduce submitted information and optional public creator information, resize and convert covers to WebP, display thumbnails and search results, show the listing in service promotion, and transmit it without geographic or device limits. Ownership stays with the submitter. After deletion or unpublishing, the license ends except for limited operations, backup, and dispute needs.

An author of feedback or creator replies grants Slop Games the non-exclusive license needed to store, reproduce, display, and transmit that content while it is public. After individual deletion, public display and the public license for the cleared body and signal end. The deleted row is not fully de-identified at that stage: its internal author ID stays private for limited ownership and account-state handling and deleted-reply reactivation. Account or game de-identification nulls that private link, after which guarded reply-before-root cleanup may occur when report and audit retention permits. Limited backup or dispute handling may still apply.

6. Prohibited content and conduct

Prohibited material includes malware, phishing, credential theft, unlawful gambling, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, infringement, impersonation, terror propaganda, exposed personal data, unlawful goods, browser exploits, deceptive downloads, fake sign-in or system warnings, automatic-payment deception, and undisclosed cryptocurrency mining.

7. Automated rules and operator action

Automated game-submission review covers only limited URL, metadata, format, and text rules. Ownership, legality, safety, malware freedom, a content or age rating, and factual accuracy are matters this review does not verify. In response to reports or risk signals, Slop Games may temporarily unpublish a game or image while an operator reviews, restores, removes, or restricts account features.

Feedback and creator replies are automatically published, but pre-publication checks are limited to format, contact, and spam rules. They do not establish legality, ownership, safety, or that the content is free of personal information. An operator may review a report or risk signal and hide, restore, or remove feedback or a reply; legal judgments are not automated.

8. External games and third-party content

The external site's own privacy policy and terms apply. Listing does not mean affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or warranty. Slop Games does not guarantee continued availability, safety, accuracy, or lawfulness of an external game. Check the displayed domain before leaving.

A Play Intent is an anonymous aggregate showing that a user selected the final external-play action; the external navigation may later fail. Verified gameplay or a Qualified Play event is not collected in external-link mode, and Slop Games does not confirm that a game loaded or was played.

9. Reports, removal, and response

Users may submit ordinary reports, copyright notices, and urgent safety-removal requests. Submitters may receive notice and, where appropriate, provide counter-material. Repeated infringement or a serious violation may support account restriction.

A feedback report is private and does not automatically hide the target. The operator decides whether to hide, restore, or remove it. A game owner cannot directly hide player criticism and may only use the same report process available to other users.

10. Advertising and sponsored placements

Slop Games may display Google AdSense advertising. Ad content and advertiser destinations are provided by Google or the relevant advertiser, and an ad impression does not mean Slop Games endorses or guarantees an advertiser, product, or listed game. Ad purchases currently do not determine game approval or ordinary catalog ranking. If paid placement or sponsored content is introduced, it will be marked so that it can be distinguished from ordinary listings.

11. Changes, interruption, and termination

The service or content may be changed, interrupted, or unpublished for security, operational, or legal reasons. New policy versions will be displayed and material changes may require renewed consent.

12. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Slop Games does not warrant external link uptime, third-party content accuracy, or third-party conduct. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded, including liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct where applicable.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms and the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute relating to the Service through good-faith discussions. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it may be brought before a court having jurisdiction under applicable procedural law.
